NURSERY FURNITURE

The doll in the "Wistar's Balsam of Wild Cherry" card is in an infant bed or bassinet. You can see a similar bed in this card. The iron legs and frame support a wicker basket, which is padded and lined with fabric. Both beds have a fabric canopy at the head.

These two cards show very similar scenes of a nursery or infant's room, although the style of the individual pieces of furniture differs.

Is the woman on this card "dressed", that is, clothed to be seen in public?
