When you choose to make a commemorative gift, we will send the honouree (or member of his/her family) a personalized card informing them of your gift. You will receive a charitable donation receipt and will be recognized as a museum donor.

  • Donate online by clicking here, selecting "Museum Donation," and following the instructions, or
  • Mail your cheque addressed to the Museum of Health Care, 32 George Street, Kingston, ON, K7L 2V7, along with the name of the honouree and the name and address of the family member or friend that will receive the acknowledgement card.

Memorial Gifts

Pay tribute to someone who has died, express sympathy to the bereaved, and at the same time help safeguard the history of health care.

Honorary Gifts

Honouring an individual or celebrating a special occasion with a commemorative gift is a unique way to express tribute. Birthdays, anniversaries, or special milestones like graduations are perfect occasions to mark with an honorary gift.
