You will receive a charitable donation receipt and will be recognized as a museum donor.

  • Mail your cheque addressed to the Museum of Health Care, 32 George Street, Kingston, ON, K7L 2V7, along with the name of the honouree and the name and address of the family member or friend that will receive the acknowledgement card.
